1. Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment (or limited countries, if applicable).

  • If delivery is not possible to your address, we will contact you or cancel the order.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹50

  • Any special shipping requests may incur additional charges.

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take longer.

  • Processing includes packing, quality checks, and handover to the courier.

4. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the location.

  • Remote or non-metro areas may take a few extra days.

  • Delays due to weather, festivals, or courier issues may occur beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

  • You can use this ID to track your parcel on the courier partner’s website.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, please report it to us with photos within 10 hours of delivery.

  • We request you to open the package in front of the delivery agent if damage is suspected.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.

  • Any re-shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be borne by the customer.

8. Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen delays may occur due to external factors.

  • Customers will be informed promptly in such cases.

9. Multiple Shipments

  • Large orders or orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels.

  • Each parcel will have its own tracking number.
