Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty, skincare, etc.)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund was approved. If approved, the amount will be directly credited to your Ellemncia Wallet within 10 business days.

  • It may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
